Grant Gerlock

Grant Gerlock is an experienced reporter with a focus on agriculture and rural issues. Currently serving as a reporter for Iowa Public Radio since March 2019, Grant has a strong background in broadcasting, having worked at NET from March 2008 to March 2019 as an agriculture reporter and host/reporter for NPR's Morning Edition. Prior roles include audio engineer at WOWT, news/operations graduate assistant at WMUB-FM, announcer/traffic coordinator at KDEC-AM/FM, and announcer at KBVU-FM. Grant holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Buena Vista University.
