Nic Z.

Nic Z. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career in 2008 as a Career Library Assistant at Iowa State University, where they worked until 2010. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Youth Counselor at Four Oaks. In 2012, they held multiple positions at different organizations, including Direct Support Staff at Exceptional Persons, Inc. (EPI), Practicum Mental Health Therapist at Parkersburg High School, and Mental Health Therapist - Intern at the University of Northern Iowa.

In 2013, Nic Z. joined Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa, initially as an Inpatient Mental Health Therapist and later became the Lead Inpatient Mental Health Therapist until 2018. During their tenure at Hancock County Health System from 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist, providing psychotherapy to the geriatric population on an intensive outpatient basis.
