Lauren Burgeson

Lauren Burgeson has over 15 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service Representative at Iowa State Bank in 2006. Lauren then progressed to become a Trust Administrative Assistant and later an Assistant Branch Manager before being promoted to AVP & Branch Manager in 2013. From 2015 to 2021, they served as an Executive Vice President at Iowa State Bank. Currently, they hold the position of President & CEO at Iowa State Bank, a role they assumed in January 2022. Additionally, since July 2018, Burgeson has been a Board Member at EMC National Life Company.

Lauren Burgeson attended Miami University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General. Additionally, they enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2014, although the specific degree and field of study for this period is unknown.
