Dr. Martin Beischl

Dr. Martin Beischl serves as the VP of People & Culture at IP Fabric and has previously held various significant positions in human resources, including Interim Head of HR at deepc, Principal and Interim Head of HR & Project Lead at torq.partners, and Chief Talent & Culture Officer at riskmethods. Prior to these roles, Dr. Beischl was the Senior Human Resources Manager for EMEA/APAC at Interpublic Group (IPG) / HackerAgency. Dr. Beischl earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political and Organizational Science from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and a Diploma in International Culture and Business Studies from Universität Passau.
