Petr Joachim

Petr Joachim has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Petr is currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at IP Fabric since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Engineering at ThreatMark from January 2022 to May 2023. Petr also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Moravio from February 2020 to November 2021.

Before that, they worked at Kiwi.com, where they served as a Leadership Mentor & Coach from April 2017 to October 2019, and as a Senior Python Developer from March 2016 to March 2017. Petr also worked as a Freelance Developer at Brno Investment Group from October 2014 to March 2016.

Petr's earlier experience includes working at Seznam.cz as a Lead Developer from June 2012 to October 2014. Petr was responsible for leading a team and managing content-based and video web services. Petr also served as a Development Team Leader and Senior Developer, responsible for the availability and architecture of news servers. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at Seznam.cz, where they gained expertise in Python, PHP, MySQL, Debian, bash, C/C++, HTML, and JS.

Additionally, Petr worked as a Lead Developer at Netdevelo s.r.o. from September 2007 to November 2008, where they were responsible for developing a new e-shop core in PHP with a focus on modularity and custom implementations.

Petr Joachim attended Gymnasium, Fr. Hajdy, Ostrava from 1996 to 2004, where they received their High School diploma. Petr then pursued a degree in IT at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava from 2004 to 2008. After completing their IT degree, Petr went on to study Psychology and Gender Studies at Masaryk University Brno from 2013 to 2016.
