Ivan Sotos

Ivan Sotos is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and intellectual property protection with a robust background in investigations and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit at IP House since September 2025, Ivan previously held the position of Internet Investigator at the Motion Picture Association, where significant achievements included the takedown of multiple piracy websites, resulting in substantial revenue recovery. Ivan's earlier roles encompassed cyber defense analysis, cybercrime investigation, marketing, and research, contributing to diverse projects that ranged from OSINT intelligence collection to marketing strategy development. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Economics from the University of Michigan.
