Kendra Ervin is the Vice President and Head of Global Litigation and Enforcement at IP House, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as a Deputy Chief of IP at the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division from 2021 to 2024, following roles as a Trial Attorney and an Associate at Williams & Connolly. Kendra's early career includes experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Alvin A. Schall at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Math and Economics from Emory University in 2001.
