Louise Forgan

Louise Forgan is an experienced account director currently with IP Integration since July 2017, leading initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, AI, and Speech Analytics. With over 20 years in the customer contact sector, Louise has also worked as a customer experience consultant with IPI, delivering tailored solutions to the UK corporate market. Previous roles include senior client services manager and commercial manager at PC-1, consultant positions at RXPerience Ltd and WITS Ltd, and account director roles at Avaya and Lucent Technologies, demonstrating a strong background in client management and technology integration. Louise holds a degree in Business Studies (Hons) from the University of South Wales.
