Rhys Turner is an experienced professional in workforce and resource planning, currently serving as a WEM Consultant and Customer Success Manager at IP Integration since November 2021. Previously, Rhys held the role of Global WFM Manager at AICPA from July 2020 to November 2021. Rhys has also worked at IKEA in various capacities, including Global Staff Planning Lead and UK Resource Planning Manager, from August 2016 to July 2020. Other positions include Senior Resource Planning Manager at Plusnet, Workforce Planning Manager at IKEA Group, Forecasting Analyst at Capita, and Resource Planning Analyst/Scheduler at Dixons Carphone. Rhys graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2000.
