Mary LaFosse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and possesses extensive experience in strategic consulting and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Global Principal Strategic Consultant for Calabrio, Inc. since February 2016, Mary focuses on driving revenue and solution adoption in workforce management and enterprise quality. Recognized as a 2023 Calabrio Featured Innovator and a 2021 Presidents Club Recipient, Mary specializes in transforming business outcomes through innovative solution selling and comprehensive customer success strategies. Previously at 3M, Mary led global contact center operations, managing a large team and spearheading quality and service transformation initiatives.
