Eddie Farrell

Eddie Farrell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fraud prevention and team management. Currently serving as the Senior Fraud Team Manager at IP House since June 2024, Eddie previously held the same position at IP Services, Inc. beginning in March 2012. In these roles, Eddie has focused on staff support and mentorship, enhancing employee engagement and operational effectiveness through resource management and performance assessment. Prior experience includes roles as a Fraud Prevention Manager, where Eddie managed service level agreements and resource allocation, and as a Fraud Analyst, conducting data analysis to detect fraud patterns. Earlier career ventures included serving as an Information Technology Instructor at Erie Business Center and as a Property Manager at James Properties, INC. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Erie Business Center.
