Becky Chu

Becky Chu has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Becky began their career as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems in 1999. Becky then worked as a Systems Engineer Consultant at Apexion Technologies in 2003, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon in the same year. In 2004, they took on a role as a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. In 2007, they joined Yahoo! as a Technical Yahoo! and Senior Engineering Manager. In 2011, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Yahoo! Inc. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Software Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been the CTO at IP Shark since 2017.

Becky Chu received their Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999. Becky then went on to earn their Masters in Computer Science from Cornell University in 2003.
