Carla Martins

Carla Martins is the Head of Department at IP Telecom, S.A., where they oversee internal procedures, procurement, regulation, and cybersecurity. With extensive experience in legal consultancy, Carla has held roles at EP – Estradas de Portugal, S.A. as a Divisional Head and Jurist, and as a Legal Consultant for EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA. Carla is also an educator, teaching various law subjects at the Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia. They hold a licenciatura in Law from the Universidade de Coimbra and multiple post-graduate qualifications related to public regulation and data protection.
