Isabel Afa

Isabel Afa currently serves as Headlight at Lean Institute Brasil and is a docente in the MBA program at Consulting School, focusing on Lean Management. With extensive experience as an independent advisory councilor at Spiltag and Board Club, Isabel also holds roles such as CHRO and People & Culture Manager at Spiltag, overseeing HR processes and people management using Lean principles.
