Harsh Raj Dubey

Harsh Raj Dubey is a seasoned System Analyst with extensive experience in remote and desktop support, currently employed at CPP Group since January 2020. Responsibilities include server monitoring using Solarwind and Nagios, management of MS Exchange (2010 and 2016), software deployment through SCCM, and user support via VPN, Outlook, and Active Directory. In addition to current roles, Harsh has provided Level 1 and Level 2 technical support at Transweb Educational Services since March 2019 and has worked as a Remote Support Engineer with iPacesetters, LLC., and Wipro Infotech. Previous experience includes a position as a Desktop Support Engineer at Idea Cellular Ltd. Harsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University and additional qualifications from the Central Board of Secondary Education.
