API Team Lead / Software Engineer at IPacket

Brandon Phillips has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Brandon began their career at West Virginia University as a Computer Technologist, where they maintained and optimized three on-campus computer labs while also developing new software packages and aiding in the creation of new policies. Brandon then became a LCSEE Computer Support Technician, responsible for staff the help desk office, performing software and hardware installations and repairs, and overseeing multiple on-campus labs. Prior to leaving WVU, Brandon worked as a DevOps Engineer, where they helped maintain the infrastructure supporting the Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, using virtualization technologies and an agile development workflow.

In 2018, Brandon joined iPacket as a Software Engineer. Brandon recently transitioned into the role of API Team Lead/Software Engineer, where their responsibilities are not yet specified.

Brandon Phillips completed their high school education at University High School from 2012 to 2016. Brandon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they received a certification in "Linux: Multitasking at the Command Line" from LinkedIn in June 2017.
