Gene Diveglia has a vast amount of work experience in various roles and industries. Gene began their career in 1991 as a Business Owner at Horisun Corporation. Gene then moved on to work as a Chief Technology Officer at Intelligence Network Online from 1993 to 2002. Following this, they worked as a Contract Software Developer from 2002 to 2005 while being self-employed. Gene then became a Business Owner at Professional Internet Media from 2004 to 2006. In 2005, they joined Zg Consulting LLC as the Chief Research Officer until 2008.

In 2008, Diveglia became the Chief Architect at Steelyard until 2017. Gene then joined iPaladin, LLC in 2017 as the Chief Information Security Officer until 2018. Gene also had additional roles at iPaladin, starting as the Product and QA Architect in 2017 and eventually becoming the Chief Blockchain Officer in December 2018.

Throughout their career, Diveglia has gained extensive experience in architecture, research, security, and blockchain.

Gene Diveglia attended Dickinson College from 1986 to 1987, where they studied Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Following this, they enrolled at Lehigh University in 1987 and completed their education there in 1991. However, no specific degree name is given for either institution.
