Jean-Claude Mulunda

Dr. Jean-Claude Mulunda leads Ipas’s work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is a highly experienced trainer and outspoken advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights. Before joining Ipas in 2018, he managed humanitarian, reproductive health and rights, youth, and sexual violence projects for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and International Planned Parenthood’s DRC affiliate. Dr. Mulunda received his medical training from the University of Kinshasa.
