Noreen Fagan

Noreen Fagan is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in media relations and strategic thinking, currently serving as the Manager of Global Media Relations at Ipas since March 2016. Previous roles include Communications Officer for the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, where Noreen developed and implemented communications strategies, and a Freelance Communications Strategist, contributing to projects such as the Research Matters campaign for the Council of Ontario Universities. Noreen's expertise spans content writing, social media management, and communications strategy development, supported by a Master's Degree in Journalism from Carleton University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
