Liam Kilmartin has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Compliance at IPB Insurance since July 2018, Liam previously held positions such as Senior Compliance Manager and Senior Risk Manager at Aviva, covering the Irish General Insurance branch. Prior roles include Senior Compliance, Risk, and Financial Crime Manager at Nationwide UK (Ireland) and Head of Compliance at the Department of Finance. Additional experience includes interim compliance management at Brennan Insurances and various compliance and risk management roles at Aviva Insurance Europe SE and Aviva Ireland. Liam holds a Certificate in Data Protection from University College Dublin, is a Licentiate of the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Liam earned a B Comm DPA from University College Dublin in 1984.
