David Bergman

Vice President International Relations at IPC

David Bergman has a diverse and extensive work experience. David recently served as the Executive Director of the Wiring Harness Manufacturer's Association (WHMA), where they were responsible for leading and serving the global cable and wire harness industry. Additionally, they held various positions at IPC, including Vice President of Standards & Technology and Vice President of Standards Technology and International Relations. Throughout their tenure at IPC, they played a crucial role in the organization's growth and success, overseeing standardization efforts, managing international relations and budgets, and spearheading initiatives such as the establishment of an R&D facility. Prior to their time at IPC, David also served as the President of the Lake County Beekeepers Association for over three decades.

David Bergman completed their education in a chronological order. David first attended Lower Moreland High School from 1970 to 1974. After completing their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Illinois System, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from 1975 to 1978. Additionally, during the same period, they studied Chemistry at the University of Illinois Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Finally, prior to 1999, they graduated from the Graduate Institute of Organization Management without pursuing a specific degree or field of study.
