Ciara Cribben is currently the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Senior Manager at the International Paralympic Committee. They have significant experience in programme development and support from their time at Haven Partnership, and served as a Programme Quality and Fund Development Advisor at Oxfam. Ciara worked as an Independent Evaluation Consultant between 2016 and 2017 and has a background as a Reporting Officer at IOM - UN Migration. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Science in Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin, and completed an Executive Education program at the University of Cambridge.
