Gudrun Franzen

Gudrun Franzen currently serves as HR Senior Manager at the International Paralympic Committee since February 2024. Previously, Franzen held the position of Head of People & Culture at Miss Moneypenny Technologies from August to December 2023, and at UBIRCH GmbH from November 2022 to July 2023. Franzen was also the Head of People & Culture at ArangoDB from May 2018 to August 2022, overseeing global HR functions for a hybrid-remote company. Earlier experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager and Manager IT Recruiting at next level, as well as roles as an IT Recruitment Consultant and Researcher. Franzen's academic background features a Diplom degree in Regionalwissenschaft Japan and Volkswirtschaftslehre from The University of Bonn, completed in 2009.
