Stuart Winton is an experienced event consultant and referee with a robust career spanning over three decades in various capacities within the sports industry. As a Freelance Event Consultant at SRW Consultancy Services since May 2017, Stuart has also served as a Presiding Officer and Poll Clerk for the City of Wolverhampton since May 2021. Current positions include Stadium Accreditation Assessor for the Football Foundation and Event Consultant for the Premier League, focusing on Qualifiers and International Tournaments. Stuart has a distinguished officiating background with the International Blind Sports Association and has been selected for high-profile events such as the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games and the IBSA World Cup. Additionally, Stuart holds a referee position with The Football Association and manages VISA clients during the FIFA World Cup 2022.
