Andrew's career spans various organizations, such as MicroVest Capital Management and Opportunity International, where leadership in business development and program coordination showcased a strong commitment to inclusive finance and capacity building. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins, as well as ongoing studies at The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
