Boris Canville

Boris Canville has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Boris started their career at Marine Nationale as a Fusilier Marin. Following that, they worked at Resocom Service as an International Technical Support Level 3, providing support for the Etradeal system. Boris then joined Orange Business Services as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and later became a Lead Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for international support and maintenance of the Nice recording system. Boris also worked as a Product Validation Engineer at Orange Business Services. Boris then moved on to Etrali Trading Solutions, where they served as a Technical Manager, managing a voice communication team and providing demo support for the sales team. Currently, at IPC Systems Inc., Boris serves as the Director of New York Trading Systems Operations, with a previous position as a Service Delivery Manager. Throughout their career, Boris has demonstrated strong technical skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Boris Canville earned a Deug degree in Mathematics from CY Cergy Paris Université in 1995-1996. Prior to that, they completed a BTS degree in Electrotechnics from the School of ST Ouen L'aumone(95) in 1993-1995. Boris also holds a Certificate of Completion in Managing Today's Technical Professionals from the American Management Association, obtained in 2016.
