Meeghan Salcedo

Meeghan Salcedo has extensive work experience in various HR and business development roles. Meeghan began their career at Property Markets Group as an Assistant Project Manager, where they worked on luxury residential projects. Meeghan then joined NELSON as a Marketing Specialist before moving on to Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP as a Marketing and Business Development professional. Following that, Meeghan worked at UBS in Recruiting Operations and at Cognizant as a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at IPC Systems, Inc., where they previously served as the Global Human Resources Director and as an HR Business Partner. Meeghan has demonstrated their expertise in managing and developing people throughout their career.

Meeghan Salcedo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College in 2005. Meeghan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Development at Charleston Southern University from 2010 to 2012.
