Prosenjit Gupta

Prosenjit Gupta has a range of experience in the field of information technology. Prosenjit started their career in 2006 as an Executive in the NOC department of Onetel Communications LTD. Prosenjit then worked as a Network Engineer at Windmill Infotech Ltd from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Assistant Manager-IT at UTi Worldwide (DSV A/S). Prosenjit then joined The City Bank Ltd in 2013 and held various roles such as Senior Executive Officer - IT Infrastructure, Manager- Infrastructure Architecture, and Head of Information Technology Operations (acting). Prosenjit also worked as the Head of Information Technology Operations at IPDC Finance from 2023. Throughout their career, Prosenjit has demonstrated expertise in system administration, cloud computing, virtualization, DFS technology, infrastructure architecture, and IT operations management.

Prosenjit Gupta completed their education at various institutions. Prosenjit obtained a BSC Honors in Computer Science from Daffodil International University (DIU) between the years 2002 and 2006. Before that, they attended Govt Yasin College in Faridpur from 2000 to 2001, where they received a Higher Secondary Certificate in the field of Science. Prior to that, they attended Faridpur Zilla School from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate in the field of Science.

In addition to their formal education, Prosenjit Gupta has acquired several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2021, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the EXIN EPI CDCP® certification from EXIN. In 2020, they became certified as an MCSA: Windows Server 2016 by Microsoft. Furthermore, in 2019, they obtained the Certified SOC Professionals certification from Network Intelligence and the CCNA certification from Cisco.
