Nathan Chung

Nathan Chung is a Backup Administrator at IPDS since October 2023, previously serving as a Contractor at TEKsystems from July 2023 to October 2023. Before that, Nathan worked at Merkle from January 2020 to July 2023 as a Hosting/System Administrator, where responsibilities included managing server builds in on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments, addressing SCOM alerts, and collaborating with the Security team on vulnerabilities. Nathan has extensive experience supporting Linux and Windows environments, configuring Tidal agents, managing NAS access, and performing hardware replacements for Dell PowerEdge servers. Earlier experience includes working as a Helpdesk Support Analyst, where support was provided to over 9,600 users across various platforms and utilizing tools like Active Directory and SCCM. Nathan also held a Clerk position at Glen Echo Pharmacy and an Information Security Intern role at Business Integra Inc, contributing to ISO 27001 compliance efforts. Nathan holds a degree from Towson University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
