Sudarshan Panda

Sudarshan Panda is responsible for overseeing and managing all corporate risk and compliance issues including due diligence and all procurements for the company.

Sudarshan is a seasoned professional and brings with him strong contracting, financial management and donor management skills with over eight years of hands-on experience in contracts management, procurement procedures, programme management, etc. He also has rich experience in terms of handling statutory and donor driven compliance aspects. He has wide-ranging experience of procurement procedures and has opulent skills in development of procurement guidelines and procurement of services using competitive processes in line with DFID, The World Bank, ADB, UNICEF, USAID, etc. for successful implementation of the projects.He has extensive experience of programme management and responsible for devising and implementing the overall programme management structures, including procurement and contracting services, expenditure tracking and programme governance. Over the years, he has gained excellence in expertise of managing the procurement cycle of all services in the project, management & monitoring of all procurement-related issues and their documentation.

Sudarshan Panda holds MBA from University of Sambalpur, Odisha. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Public Procurement from Indian Institute of Materials Management and a Bachelors of Commerce degree from NSCB College, University of Sambalpur, Odisha.
