The mission of IPE Laboratory is to provide an effective execution of business projects in the interests of Russian society, while developing a theoretical and practical basis of institutional approach in economics. We carry out these projects ourselves and help others make success in this business area.

Values of IPE Laboratory:

Objectivity – we develop and introduce universal standards of project description and elaboration, which can help to precisely estimate the investment potential of any project.
Result – we use achievements of the institutional approach to make the project work effectively in the real life and in relation to public institutions already at the stage when it’s being described.
