Elena L. has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Her first job was as an HR Assistant/Payroll Clerk at Omega Optical, where they provided clerical support, employment verification, and payroll information. In 1992, they became an Executive Administrative Assistant at Accu-Pak, Inc., where they processed proposals and contracts, managed the front office/reception, and purchased break-room and office supplies. In 2000, they became the Owner/Director of Elena's Registered Childcare. Since 2007, they have been the Accounting/HR/Office Manager at IPeople, where they are responsible for HR and Accounting, Employees' Benefits, AR, AP, Billing, Collections, and Payroll management and processing, Sales and Use Tax and Employment Tax setup and management, and End of Year miscellaneous reporting. Additionally, they serve as an Executive Assistant to the Owners - CEO/COO, and is in charge of purchase and management of inventory, office products, office supply, IT software and subscriptions, and Company-wide furniture purchases. Elena also plans and oversees Corporate and Employee Events.

Elena L. is currently enrolled at Brookhaven Community College. Elena has also obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn and North Central Texas College since 2020, including "Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners" (2022), "OneNote 2016 Essential Training" (2021), "Fundamentals of Supervision and Management" (2021), "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" (2020), "On Leadership by Jeff Weiner" (2020), "Organizational Culture" (2020), and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" (2020).
