Magda Binda

Magda Binda has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Direttore Coordinatore Risorse Umane at Iper La Grande I since December 2000. In this role, Magda is responsible for implementing HR policies across the headquarters and subsidiaries, overseeing various functions including recruiting, training, and compensation, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Magda has been involved in the implementation of a corporate welfare plan in the past year. Previously, Magda held positions including HR Manager for Recruiting & Employer Branding at the same company and served as a Personnel Manager at Grandi Magazzini e Supermercati Il Gigante S.p.A. from September 1995 to December 2000. Magda holds a degree in Law from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and completed a scientific high school diploma at Liceo Scientifico Ettore Majorana Desio.
