Ariah Elmore

Ariah Elmore, M.A., M.Ed., is currently the Chief People Officer at iPerformX, where they focus on performance optimization, systems, and strategy. Previously, Ariah served as a Mental Health Clinician at Blissful Life Counseling from 2011 to 2023 and worked as a therapist for teens at MAST and North County Serenity House in 2010 and 2011. They began their career as a Music Analyst at Pandora Media from 2004 to 2008, contributing to the Music Genome Project. Ariah also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of the Siskiyous, where they developed a course in Jazz Vocal Improvisation.
