GEOFFREY HALEY

Geoffrey Haley is a Solicitor with an LL.B. from the University of London and an MBA from Henley Business School. They have specialized in project finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) since 1985, handling large and complex projects in various sectors both in the UK and internationally. As the founder and President of the International Project Finance Association, they have made significant contributions to the field. Additionally, they are a trustee of First Initiative Resource Strategy and Technology and serve as a non-executive director of Quantum, while also engaging as a visiting professor at several universities. Geoff lectures extensively on PPPs and designs training courses for governments and private companies.
