Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Global Operations at the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) since March 2020. With a strong background in managing operational delivery, Rachel previously held positions including Operations Manager at the Urban Land Institute and Regional Operations Manager for IPFA's Australia and Asia branches. Additional roles include Regional Operations Coordinator at The Personal Finance Society and operations-related positions at No.1 Traveller, Surrey Care Association, and as an English Teaching Assistant with the British Council in Spain. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Italian from the University of Leicester.
