Jess Schauer

Jess Schauer has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as Vice President and Director of Talent Management at IPG Health, where they started in July 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior People & Culture Manager at CohnReznick LLP from September 2021 to July 2022.

Prior to that, Jess worked at BASF, where they held multiple roles. Jess was a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion PMO and Employee Transition Manager from December 2020 to September 2021. Jess also served as a Global Talent Development Lead from August 2019 to December 2020 and as an HR Partner in Talent Management from October 2017 to August 2019.

Before joining BASF, Jess worked at Everest Reinsurance Company as an HR Partner from March 2016 to October 2017. Jess also gained experience at Gilt.com as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist from December 2014 to March 2016.

Prior to that, Jess worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a Human Resources Manager and Analyst from January 2014 to December 2014, and as a Human Resources Analyst from July 2012 to January 2014.

Jess began their professional career as a Human Resources Specialist at GGB from October 2011 to July 2012, where they specialized in employee training and development. Before that, they had internships at TogoRun, Welch Allyn, and Healthy Monday.

Jess Schauer holds a M.S. degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University and a B.A. degree in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey.
