Mesum Buser

Mesum Buser has extensive experience in talent strategy and development, as well as training and instructional design. They have worked as a Director and Associate Director of Talent Strategy and Development at IPG Health, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, Mesum served as a Training Specialist and Instructional Designer at Mount Sinai Health System, where they designed and implemented successful leadership and training programs for nurse leaders and managers. They also worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Weill Cornell Medicine, developing customized learning solutions for various clinical departments. Mesum Buser completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Mesum Buser obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Northwestern University from 2010 to 2014.
