Phillip Hall

Phillip Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phillip started their career in finance as a Money Manager at Think Money Group from June 2010 to July 2012, where they specialized in personal banking. In 2012, they transitioned to Instinct Resourcing as a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the North West market and delivering across various roles in the digital marketing field until July 2014. From July 2014 to July 2018, Phillip worked at Carrot Pharma Recruitment as a Medical Communications Recruitment Consultant, where they developed the market and managed the team to achieve targets. Following that, they joined IPG Health Medical Communications, starting as a Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2018 to August 2021, and then as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager from August 2021 to February 2022. Currently, Phillip is with IPG Health as the VP, Director - Talent Acquisition since January 2023, responsible for talent initiatives across geographical locations such as the UK, US, and Canada.

Phillip Hall obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they attended St Mary's Catholic College where they studied English Literature, Politics, and History for their A-Levels. Additionally, Phillip Hall has obtained certifications as a Referee from Ontario Soccer in May 2023, and as a Trained C-License from Ontario Soccer in November 2021.
