Victoria Belanger

Victoria Belanger is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as Associate Director of Operations, Creative Production at IPG Health since November 2023. In this role, Victoria oversees various aspects of Creative Production Operations, including process optimization and vendor management, while playing a key role in the implementation of a new Digital Asset Management system. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Operations Supervisor in Art Production at FCB Health New York, where leadership was demonstrated in managing content clearance and talent agreements, along with significant contributions in establishing a Licensing Specialist Team. Earlier roles span positions at Studio Rx, Tripadvisor, and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, showcasing expertise in digital asset management, photographic operations, and content creation. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate of Science from Virginia Western Community College.
