Amanda Medeiros Kigel

Amanda Medeiros Kigel serves as the Global Head of Business Acceleration at IPG Mediabrands since April 2023, leading large-scale transformation initiatives and advancing organizational change through the development of global operating models and implementation plans. Previously, Amanda held the position of Chief of Staff at IPG Mediabrands, providing strategic support to the Global CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and SVP of Strategy & Operations at Kinesso, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring operational consistency for over 300 employees and spearheading diversity and inclusion efforts. Amanda also held leadership positions at MAGNA Global, Universal McCann, AOL, and Grey Group, focusing on digital strategy, partnership innovation, and media planning. Amanda earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University.
