Annika Westman

Annika Westman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Nordics & Sweden at IPG Mediabrands since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading a Nordic HR team and aligning HR practices with business objectives. Prior to this role, Annika was HR-ansvarig and HR Business Partner at Mediabrands Sweden from May 2020 to January 2021 and held the position of HR Business Partner at GroupM Sverige from April 2012 to May 2020, playing a key role in organizational change initiatives. Annika's earlier experience includes a dual role at Quisma as HR Manager and SEM Senior Account Manager, and the founding of Accessora, a pioneering fashion e-commerce site in Sweden. Annika has also contributed as a member of the advisory board for the Online Marketing program at Medieinstitutet and began the career as an administrative assistant at Manpower. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and further studies in project management, group psychology, business development, and entrepreneurship.
