Bastian Lesser

Bastian Lesser is currently serving as the Chief Investment & Commercial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at IPG Mediabrands since February 2024. Prior to this role, Bastian Lesser held the position of Head of Trading for DACH at TikTok from October 2021 to December 2023, focusing on commercial partner relationships within the DACH and Israel Management team. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Digital Investments at GroupM Germany from October 2016 to September 2021, where responsibility encompassed digital media investments. Bastian Lesser also worked at MediaCom from September 2011 to October 2016, holding the roles of Investment Director, Co-Lead of the TV department with management oversight of 40 employees, and Director of TV.
