Adam King is currently the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at IPG Photonics, where they have served since 2022. With extensive experience as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 2010 to 2018, Adam represented clients in various merger and acquisition transactions and advised on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. They began their legal career as an Attorney at the Medical-Legal Partnership in Boston from 2009 to 2010 and completed their education with a B.A. from Valparaiso University and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
