Aleksei Semenov

Aleksei Semenov has a strong background in research and development, particularly in the field of electronic devices. Aleksei started their career in 2015 as an Engineer at JSC "RPC "Istok" named after Shokin" where they were involved in the development of new radio electronic devices and participated in R&D projects as a deputy chief designer. Aleksei also developed new methods and stands for measuring electromagnetic parameters of dielectric and magnetic materials. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of the research and production department, where they managed innovative projects for the development and production of radio electronics devices. In 2022, they joined IPG Photonics as a Technical Project Lead, responsible for project management in the development of production and automation of technological processes. In 2023, they will start a new role as an R&D Specialist at IPG Laser GmbH.

Aleksei Semenov pursued their education at multiple institutions. First, from 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio Engineering from TKMP (Taganrog College of Marine Instrument Engineering). Subsequently, from 2009 to 2015, they attended Taganrog State Radio Technical University and Southern Federal University, earning a Specialist diploma in Nanotechnology in Electronics. Then, from 2015 to 2020, they pursued their aspirations at Aspirantura AO NPP Istok im. Shokina, specializing in Electronics, Radio Engineering, and Communication Systems, culminating with the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. Within the same timeframe, Aleksei Semenov also obtained several additional certifications in areas such as business, language proficiency, and production efficiency.
