Cate Kadis, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at IPG Photonics and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Nichols College. With extensive experience that includes roles such as Corporate HR Manager at FGX International and Human Resources Director at both Cytiva and Saint-Gobain, they focus on strategic solutions to address HR needs and enhance organizational performance.
