Eugene Fedotoff

Eugene Fedotoff is the current Director of Investor Relations at IPG Photonics. Prior to this, they served as the Investor Relations Manager at CMC Materials from April 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing internal and external investor relations activities, preparing for and conducting quarterly earnings announcements, annual shareholder meetings, investor and analyst meetings and events. Eugene also worked closely with the CEO, CFO, corporate finance and legal department to manage the flow of financial and other information between the corporation, shareholders and the financial community.

Prior to their time at CMC Materials, Eugene was a Senior Financial Analyst at Stepan Company from December 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they prepared financial analysis for both internal and external stakeholders, analyzed trends and metrics related to Stepan’s revenue generation, profitability, cash generation, capital deployment and return on invested capital, and provided ad hoc analysis to the CFO, CEO and other members of the Executive Operating Committee. Eugene also coordinated/wrote the monthly report for the Board of Directors, supported the CFO's responsibilities with development of the communications plan for quarterly earnings release and earnings presentation, updated investor presentations, maintained the CEO/CFO prep sheets, evaluated M&A opportunities, and managed the role-up process and analysis of the five-year strategic plan financials.

Eugene Fedotoff holds an MBA in finance from John Carroll University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
