James Jaszkowiak

James Jaszkowiak has extensive work experience in the field of software and electrical engineering. James started their career at Hutchinson Technology as a Controls Engineer, where they worked in an interdisciplinary team to design precision manufacturing and inspection equipment. James also led the controls and electrical portions of projects and developed custom software for the equipment. After that, they joined Innovative Laser Technologies as a Sr. Electrical Engineer and later became the Software Lead. Currently, James is working at IPG Photonics as a Principal Software Engineer. Overall, their career has focused on engineering and software development in the photonics industry.
