Mark Delorenzo

Mark DeLorenzo has extensive experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Mark is currently the Chief Information Officer at IPG Photonics, where they are responsible for overseeing the Global IT organization. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of IT at the same company.

Before joining IPG Photonics, Mark was the Senior Director of Global Technology Services at Sensata Technologies. In this role, they led IT Technology, Infrastructure, and Application Services on a global scale. Mark was also responsible for driving Cloud Service Strategy and IoT initiatives, as well as managing IT Vendor Management and M&A integrations.

Earlier in their career, Mark held the position of Executive Director in Global IT and Telecom Sourcing at Morgan Stanley. Here, they had global responsibility for Telecom Sourcing and led efforts to optimize and reduce costs for various IT services.

Mark's career began at Sony, where they held several leadership roles over the course of 17 years. These roles included General Manager of Global IT Shared Service Infrastructure Services in the Americas, General Manager of Global Network and Infrastructure Services based in Tokyo, and Senior Director of Global Infrastructure Architecture and Planning. Mark was also a Senior Network Manager at Sony, overseeing various aspects of network planning, architecture, and operations.

Throughout their career, Mark DeLorenzo has demonstrated a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, vendor management, and strategic planning.

Mark DeLorenzo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School. Mark also earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Systems from Pace University. Mark completed their undergraduate studies at Fordham University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science and Philosophy. Prior to their higher education, Mark attended Anderson High School.
