Nils Heininger

Nils Heininger possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the European Commercial Leader at IPG Photonics, Nils oversees sales and marketing for the EMEA region, managing a revenue of approximately 350 million euros. Previous positions include Vice President of Systems Sales at Coherent Corp., where Nils generated 150 million USD in bookings, and Division Director for Factory Solutions at Panasonic, with P&L responsibility for a revenue exceeding 100 million euros. Nils began a career at LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, holding various positions including Managing Director of a business unit and Vice President, accumulating significant expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic management across multiple regions and industries. Nils holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Production Engineering from the University of Applied Science Lippe.
